Our Process

01

SCHEDULE A TOUR

Contact Gracie Daley or Holly Gates to schedule a tour of our community. Tours typically take about an hour and can be scheduled Monday-Friday. Please call 615-269- 4200 or email rpmarketing@nhccare.com to plan your visit.

02

GET ON THE WAITLIST

Richland Place currently works from a waitlist that we estimate to be about a 2-3 year wait. There is a refundable $1500 deposit to get on the waitlist.

03

MOVE IN

Once on the waitlist, you will be notified when an apartment becomes available. You can turn down an apartment as many times as you want without losing your place on the waitlist. Once it is the right time and the right apartment, you will reserve the apartment by placing 10% of the Entry Fee down. From that point, you have 120 days to make the move to Richland Place.
